Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with RussellStore. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our return and refund process clear and simple. Please read the following policy carefully.

Returns will be accepted for both defective and non-defective merchandise, provided the items are in new and unused condition.

1. Notification of a defective or incorrect order must be submitted via email to russelljessica8968@outlook.com within 7 working days of receipt. The request must include the order number, photographic evidence, and a description of the issue.

2. If the request is approved, the customer will receive the designated return address. Returns sent to any other address will not be processed.

3. Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible, with prior shipping labels removed or concealed.

4. Customers must retain tracking details when dispatching their return package.

5. Up to 30 days may be required for the returned goods to be received and processed. Refunds or replacement shipments will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the return.

6. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for financial institutions to complete processing.

Order Cancellations: Once production has commenced or shipment has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Customer Responsibility: All costs associated with return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

*All transactions are considered final after 30 days from delivery.
